Like many other Web sites, we make use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site - usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages and user agent. We log every time there is an activity on an account including an update of account, a creation or update of transactions, and movement of bitcoins. Information logged is 100% encrypted and is only visible to you. We use these logs to help you stay up to up-to-date with your account so you are aware of all activities in your account. We can remove account logs upon request from users who the account belongs to.
Information You Provide
By using Coinsavr, you understand that we do not have any uploaded files, transaction messages and dispute messages saved in plain copy stored in database. It is encrypted using the encryption text provided by you. If no encryption text was provided, it is encrypted using the default encryption text which is automatically generated upon registration. Any information provided in the form of messages or transaction messages is instantly saved in database (and is encrypted).
We also allow you to upload files to our service that is visible to your partner and you only. If an encryption is double encrypted, staff is not able to view any part of your transaction, including your uploaded file names. Your uploaded files are stored on our servers after being encrypted.
In addition to uploading files, you are also able to compress and download all your's and your partner's uploaded files at once for convenience. The compressed file is automatically deleted after it has been downloaded. If our server is under heavy load and the compressed file is not deleted immediately after being downloaded, it will be automatically deleted before within 24 hours as a result of daily server cleanups.
You have the ability to send messages to your partner. Messages sent are encrypted, however, during a dispute, staff is able to view the encrypted messages because the encryption key is shared with staff as soon as you open a dispute. However, if a dispute is a double encryption dispute, encryption key is not shared with Staff.
All information about you stored in our servers is encrypted, as is therefore not readable to anyone but you. Should you want to delete everything stored about you from our servers, you can contact us and we can clean and delete your account.

We may use third-party partners to view how you interact with the front end of our site (for example, the device you use to access our site). Third-party partners can store cookies or sessions about such information in your browser. We have no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

We believe it is important to provide added protection for children online.
